Owner will receive Bids at the Board Office, located at 301 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama, 35150, until 10:00 A.M. local standard time on the 25th day of February, 2026 at which time and place the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened.
