The furnishing and installation of a base bid amount of approximately 5600 tons of asphalt overlay, and an alternate amount of an additional approximate 2200 tons of asphalt overlay at multiple locations throughout the City of Alabaster, Alabama. This work shall include the full depth replacement of portions of the roadways, milling repair, curb and gutter replacement and other associated appurtenances.
The expansion will include footings, concrete slab, building construction, and misc. other items as required to expand the current fire station.
New test well, water well, and observation well
Construction of a new sludge handling facility, and all other necessary appurtenances.
Dewatering and removal of approximately 2,000,000+/- gallons of sludge (sludge must be disposed of in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations and guidelines), erosion control, and all necessary appurtenances to successfully complete the project.
The installation of a rapid mixer and new finished water pumps and the construction of a proposed chemical feed building at the Talladega Water Treatment Plant and all necessary appurtenances to successfully complete the project.
