The furnishing and installation of a base bid amount of approximately 5600 tons of asphalt overlay, and an alternate amount of an additional approximate 2200 tons of asphalt overlay at multiple locations throughout the City of Alabaster, Alabama. This work shall include the full depth replacement of portions of the roadways, milling repair, curb and gutter replacement and other associated appurtenances.
The expansion will include footings, concrete slab, building construction, and misc. other items as required to expand the current fire station.
The replacement of approximately 4,079 Water Meters, water service line replacement, software, and multiple handheld devices for the project, and all necessary appurtenances to complete the project.
The construction of a new water booster pump station, water piping, valves, the demolition of an existing water booster station, asphalt driveway repair, concrete driveway repair, fencing, and all other necessary water line appurtenances.
